Webbinghouse LLC operates ismaili.org. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored encrypted), and the profile details you choose to add, such as gender, birthday, location and photos.
- Content you post: posts, comments, photos, videos, ads, matrimonial profiles, listings and messages.
- Payment information: membership is free and we take no payments today. If you choose an optional paid feature in the future (such as ID verification), payment will be handled by Stripe. We would receive your name, email, billing country and the last 4 digits of your card, but never your full card number.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your profile and content to other members according to your privacy settings.
- To process any optional paid feature you choose in the future and send you a receipt.
- To review content before it appears, keep the Site safe, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send service emails. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run the Site (such as our hosting provider, and Stripe if you ever make a payment), with members you choose to contact, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your profile and content in your account settings, and control who can see your profile and contact you. To delete your account and data, use Delete Account in your settings or email info@ismaili.org.
Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any update on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
